Do I need the physical card to use the app?
Yes! The DetoxTap app requires your unique NFC card to unlock blocked apps. This physical requirement is what makes it effective — you can't just tap through a notification.
What phones does this work with?
DetoxTap works with iPhone 7 and newer running iOS 16 or later. All modern iPhones have NFC capability built in.
What if I lose my card?
You can order a replacement card from the app. Your account stays linked, we'll just issue you a new card ID.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Norway. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days to Europe, and 5-12 business days to North America and other regions.
